The 7 Churches of Revelation: Times of Deception
Many are wondering are we living in the last days before Christ’s return? The Apostle John had a vision of the future while imprisoned on the Island of Patmos. During this time, Christ came to John with a message for the 7 Churches of Asia Minor. Two of the churches were praised for their faithfulness but five of the churches were warned by Christ that they needed to repent of their wrong doing. If not, there would be severe consequences. How are these warnings meant to be interpreted? What can we apply to our own life and our church?
In this focus we will look at the first chapters in the book of Revelation in the feature film The 7 Churches of Revelation: Times of Deception. Join French filmmaker Christophe Hanauer, Tim Mahoney, and our distinguished panel, Dr. Mark Henry, Dr. David de Silva, and Dr. Mark Wilson, as we discuss the letters to these churches and what they mean for us today. You will be challenged and encouraged to live more purposely in these uncertain times.
