Remnants of a Miracle?
The Caldwell Video Diaries

In our 2nd episode of the Caldwell Video Diaries, we follow Jim and Penny as they get lost and stumble into an area with a large monolith rock formation.
The Caldwells originally were attempting to locate a spot from which they could backpack to the top of Jabal al-Lawz. The wadis they traveled down, however, led them to what they believe is one the most incredible sites they encountered during all their journeys in Saudi Arabia.
Could this large rock, sitting atop an even larger hill be the rock that God commanded Moses to strike to provide water for the Israelites? Is the erosion surrounding this rock caused by water or wind? Are these the remnants of a spectacular, miraculous act of God's provision - or - is this site an interesting - yet natural phenomenon?
We hope you enjoy this episode!
